Our general rule is that we will to deliver to you by no later than 14 days after acceptance of your order but we normally endeavour to do so within 2 to 3 days.
Goods will usually be sent by Royal Mail or by a carrier such as DHL depending on their weight. All delivery charges are stated next to the price of the item which you select and these must be paid by you at the time of placing your order.
We will email you when your order is accepted and when your goods are despatched. If you have not received your goods within the time mentioned above please notify us by email immediately via our contact page.
All financial transactions on this site are to be made in pounds sterling and all delivery charges are calculated accordingly and we will only deliver to the UK mainland.
Our aim is to give complete customer satisfaction so if you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason please return them to us within 14 days of receiving them unworn, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and we will issue a refund of the purchase price (but not delivery charges) in full to you within 5 days of us receiving them in this condition. However, they are returned at your risk and expense.
Where goods are faulty, please notify us by email within 3 days of delivery or 3 days of discovery of the defect if not readily apparent specifying (1) the type and make of goods (2) the date of purchase (3) the date of delivery (4) the precise nature of the defect and (5) whether you require a refund or replacement. We will respond to you by email within 2 working days of your notification and issue you with a returns number. You should then return them to us at your risk and upon receipt we will inspect them and, if we accept that they are faulty, will send you a replacement free of charge or a full refund of the purchase price including the charge for delivery to you and in either case will reimburse you your reasonable costs of carriage in returning them to us.
Please inspect goods for signs of any damage in transit as soon as possible after you receive them. Where you find any damage in transit, you must notify us of this by email within 48 hours of receipt by you of the goods to enable us to make a claim against the carrier. Failure to do so may result in us refusing to settle your claim.
We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods.
